Expertise in Hydraulic Engineering – Planning, Protection & Safety

Our team brings extensive experience in flood protection and supports projects through all phases – from conceptual and permitting design to tendering, execution, and final completion. We focus on structural flood protection measures such as linear protection systems and retention basins, as well as ecological interventions aimed at river restoration, restructuring, and improving waterway connectivity.

Based on hydrological studies – including rainfall-runoff modeling and statistical analyses of water level data – we carry out discharge investigations and hazard zone mapping. Both steady and unsteady 2D hydraulic simulation models are employed in our assessments.

To mitigate the effects of extreme weather events, we calculate heavy rainfall and flash flood scenarios, develop preventive measures, and analyze flood wave and dam failure scenarios to minimize risks. As dam safety officers, we ensure the functionality and safety of reservoirs. In addition, we create tailored emergency response plans to ensure optimal preparedness in critical situations.
